EPPEK is not just a bakery. We collect and grow local seeds, cultivate wheat, and mill our own flour. Our bread is made with flour from Anatolian varieties, cultivated without pesticides. Our flour is milled fresh by us, with granite stones which preserve both flavour and nutrient.

SOURDOUGH

Our bread and simit are naturally leavened sourdough made with whole-grain flour. This gives our bread unique earthy flavour. We use only our freshly milled flour and ingredients from thrusted sources.
